About Natalie:
Natalie is the chef and owner of Path & Provisions, a catering company that focuses on the importance of where your food comes from and the people who make it possible. By using seasonal ingredients that are grown locally, we are able to supply you with truly delicious food that not only tastes amazing but provides you with as much nourishment as possible.
After years of working in the food industry, farming, and earning a nutrition coaching license Natalie saw such an unnatural, broken system in the way we are feeding ourselves. Natalie believes food should be addressed on the physical, mental and emotional level. It is not just about the food on your plate, but its own journey and source. From where your food comes from and how it is raised, to the intentions and mindfulness you put into preparing and eating it. Using the seasons as a guide and making our choices with the intention of care for our bodies, earth, and community in mind, we begin to support a system that will allow us to feel truly fed. By reconnecting to our food, we are able to reconnect with ourselves.
